GoPuff is a fast-growing delivery app that brings everyday essentials straight to your door in minutes. From snacks and drinks to cleaning supplies and over-the-counter medication, it offers convenience and speed across cities in the UK and the US.

As a delivery app in an ultra-competitive space, GoPuff needed a performance-driven strategy that could reach new audiences and boost its sales. 

What We Did.

Our PPC and Paid Social teams worked together using a combination of Google Ads, TikTok and Meta campaigns to develop a full-funnel marketing approach to generate engagement, increase revenue and build brand recognition.

Our focus across both campaigns was to scale app installs and increase conversions from high-intent audiences.

On Google Ads, we used high-intent targeting with a focus on branded keywords to improve budget efficiency. We broke our campaigns into location-based and intent-driven ad groups to make sure our spend was directed towards high-converting users.

To boost signups, we tested a range of seasonal promotions and offers, including discounts and incentives, to increase conversions. This, coupled with regular creative testing, allowed us to build brand awareness and increase engagement for GoPuff.

On Meta and TikTok, we leveraged seasonal events such as Mother’s Day, Pancake Day, and St Patrick’s Day alongside weekly offers to drive cost-efficient app downloads. Similar to our strategy with our Google Ads campaigns, we used creative testing and localised messaging to boost engagement and relevance.
