We’re a young (but awesome) team and we recognise the value in building relationships and having fun together outside of work, too. We have monthly events, planned by the team themselves to bring us together. Everything from nights out and cocktail-making to creativity classes. We do also enjoy a good team lunch, too!

The Good Marketer's Team Survey
We’ve been holding the TGM Round Table for some years now. It is essentially a completely open space, free of consequence and judgment, where our team can talk about TGM—what they like and what they would like to see change.
Pre-discussion, we send out an anonymous survey with a few key questions to get a feel for the basics. We provide statements and ask people how they feel on a scale of “strongly agree” to “strongly disagree”.
This year, though, we’ve decided to go public with our results.

There is no such thing as a “Perfect Digital Marketing Agency” or a “Perfect Company”, but for us, being open with our team and giving them space to have their say is a key step on our journey to becoming the best workplace we can be.
What Our Team Thought
Work Hard, Play Hard!
Just because it’s a job, doesn’t mean it can’t be fun! At The Good Marketer, we prioritise spending time together. As well as all the good brain juice, team skills and productivity spending time together does build, regular events and connecting are integral to our company culture. We don’t believe in all work and no play.
We prioritise the time we spend together (even when we’re working from home), so monthly events will be scheduled into your calendar! Monthly events are planned by the team too. So if you’ve got a great idea, just pitch it! We’ve done everything from cocktail classes to quizzes to our own version of MTV Cribs to take a peek inside everyone’s house.
Although we love setting aside this time, we also just enjoy team lunches, getting drinks and playing with the dogs together.
