Work Hard, Play Hard!
Just because it’s a job, doesn’t mean it can’t be fun! At The Good Marketer, we prioritise spending time together. As well as all the good brain juice, team skills and productivity spending time together does build, regular events and connecting are integral to our company culture. We don’t believe in all work and no play.
We prioritise the time we spend together (even when we’re working from home), so monthly events will be scheduled into your calendar! Monthly events are planned by the team too. So if you’ve got a great idea, just pitch it! We’ve done everything from cocktail classes to quizzes to our own version of MTV Cribs to take a peek inside everyone’s house.
Although we love setting aside this time, we also just enjoy team lunches, getting drinks and playing with the dogs together.
