Well, that depends. The best digital marketing channel/platform depends on your business model and also what you’re looking to achieve from your advertising.

We will be able to recommend the best routes during our early conversations, whether that’s Facebook marketing or content marketing. We’ll always be honest, too.

Don’t worry, we know you’re looking for an agency to help you out because marketing can be a bit of a mind boggle.

We will be able to advise on the hours required after our initial chat. It can depend on how many channels you’re looking to market on, the size of your website and the scope of your goals!

We pride ourselves on complete transparency, so if you do have a couple of hours remaining for the month, we’ll always let you know and present new ideas for your brand.

As above, this will depend on what you’re looking to achieve and the platform we’re going to market on.

For example, some paid social ads (for example, LinkedIn) can be quite expensive (but more targeted) in comparison to other platforms. We’ll be able to put together a forecast for you and make recommendations during our initial conversations.

Here at The Good Marketer you will be appointed an account manager and an account lead. This means that you’ll always have someone to contact when you need to.

You will be appointed an account manager based on the services or channels you’re looking to market on. Our experts all have specialities or areas of digital that they’re most experienced in. They also have special interests and expertise in particular verticals. We take all of this into account to make sure you’re partnered with the best account manager for your brand!

Reports are issued on a monthly basis. However, if you’re looking to see updates more often, we can certainly accommodate that.

We often recommend weekly catch ups and updates with our clients – particularly during the initial 3 months – so you feel totally comfortable and in-the-know with what is going on!

As we just mentioned, as often as you need us. You can always contact us.

However, we will be in touch once per week with a check in and an update, even if it’s just via email.

Our digital marketing agency is in London, but of course you don’t have to be. You might have noticed from our case studies that our previous clients have been remote or located all around the UK.

We’re happy to schedule virtual meetings and chats if we can’t get together.

Not only are we experts, we’re hands on and proactive.

The only time that work may be passed over to a third party is when we reach out to our trusted network of developers or designers. We guarantee you will always be kept in the loop when or if this is happening for your campaign.

This depends on the service you’re signing up for, because there’s still ad spend of course.

However, all costs will always be made clear to you from the get go. We promise full transparency when you work with us.

For the Starter and Advanced packages, the initial term will be 3 months.

For the Elite and Ultimate packages, the initial term will be 6 months.

These terms are really important for both of us. For many areas of digital, your campaigns will be in the ‘learning’ phase for the first couple of weeks. The initial terms allow us to show you the real potential of your campaigns and show you what we can do for your business!

It may not seem like it but contracts are also important as they cover all the boring legal aspects like GDPR and confidentiality. Although some of you may see this as red tape, our agreements are fully transparent and are there to spell out the scope so you know exactly what you’re getting for your money. We’re always happy to go over anything you’re unsure of, so think of it as a reference point for any questions that may pop to mind in the future.

This depends on the service we’re performing for you.

For example, search engine optimisation is typically described as a ‘long game’ but still offers the most organic ROI.

In turn, Social or Google Paid Advertising can fasttrack your results.

Once we have performed an audit of your account or website and planned out the work, we’ll be able to give you an accurate forecast of what to expect.

Unfortunately not and if you come across an agency that does, run the other way. Why? Because, we use 3rd party platforms like Facebook which we have no control over.
However! We have a very strong track record to which we have consistently delivered exceptional results for our clients.
