2018 Was Our Most Successful Year To Date

It’s been an exciting year here at The Good Marketer and we’ve seen continuous growth month-on-month with new clients, new team members, introducing new packages, and moving into bigger offices.

Back at the start of 2018, we took the plunge and moved in to our very first office near Aldgate. Within only a few months, our team had expanded, so we moved again. Our new and existing office is located close to Liverpool St Station with views across the city. However, we haven’t stopped there! We’re now looking to move in to a bigger office in January to cater for the growth of our team in 2019.

2018 has also seen us work with clients in industries ranging from Home Improvement, Financial Services & Insurance. We’re proud to have been able to help small businesses from a range of backgrounds with an array of products continue to grow through the power of digital advertising.  

In fact, the most important part of our business is the results we get for our clients, and this is where we have really seen the most growth in 2018. The work we have carried out has resulted in more leads, traffic, conversions and most importantly, sales. To add to this, we have also seen a drop in the cost per lead across our clients, helping to delivered more return on investment. All of this hard work has been achieved through constant learning, testing and researching different methods and techniques on platforms such as Facebook & Google, both organically and paid.

Towards the end of the year, we decided to shake up the Digital Marketing industry and change the way we ‘work’ for our clients. Previously, like many other agencies, we invoiced per service however we recognised this didn’t offer much flexibility or transparency as we would have liked. So, we change our package and the way we work. Our team now shares how many hours we spend on individual client accounts and where we spent those hours – this increased transparency is perfect for small businesses as it allows them to know what we’ve been doing behind the scenes and most importantly, how their money has been spent.

Finally, as well as bringing on new clients, we have continued to work with our base of existing clients, helping to develop their marketing strategies and continuously deliver results. One of our clients, Signature Works has gone from strength to strength in 2018 and we have helped them by;
